Orientation + Builders Camp (Day 1)

What is Builder's Camp?

A 3-day Thai × International buildathon where people from different backgrounds come together to form teams, explore real problems, and build a simple product or prototype together.

You don’t need to arrive with a team or even an idea. On Day 1, everyone meets, shares what they’re interested in, and teams are formed around ideas and complementary skills.

How it works:

Day 1 — Connect & Discover: Meet people, pitch ideas/interests, form teams and identify a problem worth solving.

Day 2 — Build & Validate: Work with your team, talk to potential users, and build a prototype. There’s also a practical session on AI-assisted “vibe coding” to help non-developers get things moving quickly.

Day 3 — Share & Celebrate: Teams present what they built, get feedback from judges, and compete for prizes — followed by a more relaxed after-party.

The interesting part for international participants is that you’ll actually build alongside Thai talent, rather than simply attending another networking event. The themes include Chiang Mai, local-to-global businesses, creative culture, wellness, services for nomads, and Thai × international collaboration.
