Event Reception : Open 18:00 onwards at Venue

We warmly invite you to an evening of food, friendship, and cultural exchange.

Around 200 guests will gather for a Thai‑style picnic potluck, sharing dishes and

stories in a relaxed, low‑seating setting.

✨Share your food, culture, and stories-and enjoy a night of community and connection.✨

What to Bring:

• Your Cultural Dish that serves 3–4 people
• Please avoid overly complex or whole foods (e.g., whole fish, large display platters, and personal food containers)
• Extra portions can be placed at the sharing table for everyone to enjoy

How It Works 😊 VERY SIMPLE 😊

1 > 🛎️ Check-in at the entrance

2 > 🔢 Receive your table number

3 > 🍽️ Transfer your food into PINTO ( food tower like in picture above 😊 ) at the prep area

4 > 🎉🥳🎊 Enjoy the evening with new friends! 🎉🥳🎊

SEATING:

• Tables will seat four guests each, with a blend of Cosmo and Local participants.
• Families with children will be seated together.

Dining Zones will be divided between 🍖Common Diners🍖 and 🥦Vegetarians🥦

TRANSPORTATION : There is transportation provided. Two 40 seater buses:

BUS 1 - On standby near Ping River Across Alley of Alt Ping

Ready to leave at 17:30 to the Horizon for participants From Alt Ping

BUS 2 - On standby at Panthip Plaza

Ready to leave at 18:00 to the Horizon for participants From Panthip Plaza
